Scope and acceptance

These terms apply to the Suwayda Gifts app, website, and digital services. If you do not agree, do not use the service or submit an order. Clear additional terms may apply to a product, campaign, or payment method.

Definitions

Eligibility, accounts, and sign-in security

• An account may be required for some features or an order.
• Information must be accurate and updated.
• You are responsible for sign-in confidentiality and must not share verification codes.
• Contact support immediately if unauthorized access is suspected.
• A person below the legal age should use the service under guardian supervision where permitted.

Product information, availability, and customization

We use reasonable efforts to display images, descriptions, prices, and availability accurately, but colors may vary by screen and handmade products may have natural differences. Display does not guarantee availability until confirmation.

Orders, prices, and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase, not automatic final acceptance. It may be rejected or cancelled for unavailability, payment failure, legitimate fraud concerns, a material error, or inability to fulfill it.

Payment and refunds

Payments use the methods and providers available at checkout, and additional verification may be required. Never send card data or verification codes to support.

• An order is not paid until a successful result or accepted payment method.
• A temporary authorization may appear after a failed order and release depends on the bank and provider.
• Eligible refunds generally return to the original method.
• Banks may need additional time to display an issued refund.

Delivery, receipt, and risk

Delivery dates are estimates unless stated otherwise and may be affected by location, seasons, weather, availability, and delivery partners. A correct address and contact number are required.

• Some orders may require proof of receipt or a delivery code.
• Damage or shortage should be reported within the order's stated period.
• A displayed redelivery fee may apply after failure caused by incorrect details or no response.
• Transfer of risk and ownership follows law and the delivery method.

Cancellation, returns, and exchanges

Eligibility, time limits, and required condition follow the displayed return policy, product type, and consumer rights. There is no blanket “final sale” rule overriding mandatory rights.

Acceptable and prohibited use

• Do not impersonate others or create fraudulent accounts.
• Do not use payment methods without authorization.
• Do not manipulate prices, coupons, or order limits.
• Do not compromise, disrupt, or test the service without authorization.
• Do not automatically collect or commercially reuse data without permission.
• Do not submit unlawful, abusive, or rights-infringing content.

Content, reviews, and intellectual property

Rights in the app, identity, design, software, and original content belong to their owners. The user grants a non-exclusive license only as needed to display submitted content and operate the service, while remaining responsible for the right to publish it.

• Reviews should be honest and based on a genuine experience.
• Violating, misleading, or infringing content may be removed.
• Third-party marks and images remain their owners' property.

Service availability and liability limits

The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, networks, providers, or events outside reasonable control. We seek to reduce impact but do not promise uninterrupted operation at all times.

Changes, termination, law, and disputes

Terms may be updated when the service or law changes. New terms apply to later use, while a confirmed order generally follows the terms displayed at confirmation unless law requires otherwise.

• A user may stop using the service or request account deletion.
• An account may be suspended for a serious violation, security risk, or legitimately suspected fraud.
• We welcome resolving complaints through support first without restricting access to a competent authority.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and competent courts, subject to mandatory rights.
